Wine complimented by cheese....

I love Gruyere Reserve cheese from Switzerland. It is my favorite. I would describe the flavor as a nutty but with a sweet taste. Gruyere can be sliced and eaten bare or melted into a yummy fondu. As for me, I like to make grilled cheese sandwiches. I also enjoy this cheese with Sauvignon Blanc wine. Gruyere Reserve can be found at most food markets but the best is sold at Whole Foods.
